No Hot Water

When a customer calls us when they have no hot water, our first option is to replace the heating element if the hot water tank is still relatively new.

When to Replace the Hot Water Tank

Your hot water tank will most likely need to be replaced if it's over 10 years old, there is a large amount of corrosion and sediment inside, there is a hole, or a new heating element cannot be installed.

We are a plumbing contractor only, we do not have our gas license.  If your hot water tank is natural gas or propane, you will need to find a qualified HVAC company to replace your hot water tank.

Repair or Replace a Faucet?

We often get calls with people who have a leaking faucet in their bathroom or kitchen.  A leaking faucet can be the result of multiple issues.  Sometimes only a cartridge needs to be replaced, other times, a new faucet is required.

Cartridge replacement can be done quickly if your faucet is Moen, Waltec, Delta, or Emco since we stock these cartridges in our service truck.  Typically off brand fixtures require complete replacement since their parts are not readily available.

The most common cause of a clogged kitchen sink is a build up of grease and food particles, however improperly installed plumbing can also cause sink back ups.

Typically when this happens and you have already tied to clear it on your own, the clog is deeper down the drain, which will require a drain snake to be sent down into your drain to clear out the culprit of your clog.

When using the drain snake, if a clean out does not already exist at your kitchen sink, we will install the clean out, which allows us to use our drain snake to clear your clog.

When a sump pump fails, it can lead to a major flood. With our customers we always recommend you perform annual checks on your sump pump as well as have a back up or high water alert system in place to avoid costly and disastrous outcomes when a sump pump fails.

If you are experiencing a back up of any of the plumbing drains in your basement, such as floor drains, bathtub drains, shower drains, this could indicate you have a main sewer blockage. If you have multiple drains backing up at the same time, this is definitely a main sewer blockage.
